Stick in E10 (or E11 – they’re both great!) and there’s a wealth of things to do, from perambulating around Hollow Ponds on foot or water, to hitting one of the many great pubs and restaurants on Leytonstone High Road. Head across the border to Walthamstow, and the delights of the Village, Wood Street and the Ravenswood are all close by. Even commuting is easy, with Wood Street station just a stroll away. In The Owners Words...

We fell in love with this house and the sense of space and light in the living area as soon as we walked into it. Light floods into the front of the house in the morning and then we have long sunny afternoons and evenings in garden. Its amazing not to feel overlooked at the front or the back of the house. There is a strong sense of community in the surrounding roads. We have a neighbourhood whatsapp group and an annual street festival. Our lovely neighbours on both sides have lived here for over 30 years which gives you some indication of how special this small corner of Leyton is. Within five mins walk we can be in the forest but its also only a short stroll cafes, restaurants and bars in the village, wood street and Wanstead. We have made improvements to the house over the five years we have lived here but we know it has so much potential for the next owners.
