"West Ave is an unbeatable location being in the heart of The Village - great restaurants, independent shops, lovely outdoor spaces & more. Just moments from brilliant transport links - less than 5 mins walk to Walthamstow Central - it's made our commutes into the city a breeze and given us more time at home and less commuting. The open plan kitchen diner has been great for entertaining friends and family, as well as giving the kids inside space to be kids. The large - approx 85 foot - garden is unusual for such a central location. From the
mature wysteria covering the front of the house to the greenery and raised beds in the rear garden, it has been our own lush oasis. On a summer day with bifold doors open into the garden, it's easy to feel like the house is much larger than it's actual size.
