Box Makers Yard consists of two buildings of studio, 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The apartments come in all shapes and sizes: Courtyard or city views, extra storage, private balconies or terraces. There are also a variety of furnished and unfurnished apartments facing all corners of Bristol.
We believe everyone should have a place to call home for as long as they like. We offer flexible tenancy lengths up to 5 years. **Residents even have the freedom to decorate their apartment to make it even more homely from painting walls in your favourite colour to hanging up art, our friendly Maintenance Team are happy to help.

The Apartment:
The boutique apartments are ideal for individuals, friends sharing, couples and families. Each apartment comes with an open plan kitchen-living area with floor to ceiling windows throughout that lets you soak up the natural light.
The kitchen has integrated appliances including a Samsung oven/hob, fridge/freezer and a beko dishwasher. Your utility room is separate with ample storage space, a ventilation unit and a beko combination washer/dryer.
Bespoke designer furniture packs are available and every piece has been crafted with our new residents in mind. The spacious double bedrooms have built-in mirrored wardrobes and black out blinds. Each bedroom comes with either a double or king sized bed and mattress depending on the unit type and they have plenty of under bed extra storage space along with two side tables.
The bathroom features ceramic designer tiles, bath with shower, fitted vanity mirror, toothbrush/shaver socket, towel rail and wall mounted storage shelves.
Every apartment comes with an intercom which is connected to the Concierge Team with video messaging services who are always on hand. There is also secure fob access system to the buildings along with CCTV. Optic fibre broadband of 100mbs is included in the rent and cabling has been put in place for BT and sky TV.

As we know you are leading a busy life, we have concierge staff available 7 days a week. We're here whenever you need us, helping to arrange everything from deliveries with our parcel collection service so you never miss a parcel again as well as coordinating maintenance repairs. Choose to work at home in our resident lounge work from home spaces and take advantage of our super-fast Wi-Fi.
Whether you're after a chilled evening with friends or a lively game of pool, the games area has everything you need.
