Northern Line Tube - Zone4 Morden (12 min walk), Trains Morden South (15min walk), Trams (6min) Phipps Bridge / Balgrave Walk, towards Wimbledon (North) or Croydon (South).
Buses outside 1-5 mins depending on route required (80,164,197) & Night bus route.
By car, easy access to the A3, or A24 leading to Central London or out to the M25.

Fenced small garden & patio, but enough for a BBQ and a sit in the sun! Please note that i'm redesigning the garden / forecourt area and a lean-to greenhouse, so it's a bit messy at the moment.

Current Housemates
Professional people; i'm self-employed (media industry) working from home, and the lodger is in full time employment. We get along well and have good chats about a whole variety of topics. Occasionally have a meal together, but otherwise keep to ourselves. Very welcoming to new housemates, and try to make sure you feel at home. We like to keep the house tidy, and clean up after ourselves. Past lodgers often remain as friends.
