A word from the owner....

"1A was my first flat and I spent 11 happy years living there. It's in a wonderful location, close to the high street and perfectly located between both Snaresbrook and Wanstead tube stations.

After renting the property out for a period of time, I found myself living back there recently for a year and it was just as lovely as I remembered. I particularly loved walking through the park in the mornings to get my coffee and paper.

The flat has a feeling of space, lots of natural light and an overall warmth which makes it very homely. The neighbours are also great and all look out for each other."
