Our home is three minutes from the seafront in a quiet cul-de-sac, there are no disruptions here with the only people coming by being those who live at neighbouring properties. The local pubs and Michelin star restaurant, The Sportsman, are great. Whitstable is just a short drive away so we have easy access to all that is on offer there with independent shops and restaurants along with the pubs and busy harbour.
We enjoy spending time in our garden, having barbecues and sitting in the sunshine, it is secluded and no one overlooks us. The double patio doors out of the lounge and conservatory make it great for entertaining and we have good wide access to the side of the house.
The inside spaces have been great for us as a family, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a sauna and power shower.
We are currently using space above the garage as a gym, but it is versatile as it can easily be used for another bedroom or office space if you would like.
The town speaks for itself, everyone wants to live here and if we can stay in the area we will do. It has been an enjoyable place to live and bring up three children over the last 15 years, we have been the only owners of our happy family home.
