Our neighbours are lovely and the residents get together once a year to enjoy the Pagham Gardens barbecue. We have loved it here but feel the time has come to downsize and move closer to family.

We have always enjoyed the close proximity to the seafront and have walked and cycled enjoying the views over to the Isle of Wight.
