Deposit

The tenant will pay a deposit of £550 prior to the commencement of the tenancy. This will be returned, less any deductions agreed, at the end of the tenancy subject to an inspection of the premises and confirmation that all bills have been paid.

The tenant will be liable for all outgoings, including electricity, gas, council tax etc.

Referencing Procedure

Before viewing a property, all prospective tenants will be required to complete a registration form.
