Norwood junction is about a 12 min walk (via the shortcut), East Croydon is a short bus ride away, as is Selhurst and Crystal Palace. If you’re a commuter it’s great because you can get to London Bridge in 13 mins, Victoria in 30, Gatwick in 15 mins from East Croydon and St Pancras in 30 mins.
The area is so peaceful, you’d think you were living on a remote plot of land. The flat itself is gem! There’s a lot of natural light in the living room and bedroom, and the kitchen and hallway has tons of storage space. Also with access to the loft there’s more storage than I ever knew how to make do with! With the most recent renovation work (completed in May 2021) I love the space even more but need to relocate 100+ miles for work."
