"i've lived here for over 14 years moving into the neighbourhood when my youngest child was born. I picked this house as it's layout and good sized garden were perfect for my young family. I also loved the proximity to Epping Forest and to the village & Wood Street which have different vibes to each other and all of which i've enjoyed with and without my kids. And then there was a real choice of fantastic schools very close by. My kids went to the one at the end of the road and now have a lovely network of local friends."
