Black Dog, Crediton, Devon EX17

Description
A highly productive run of arable land

Description

Lot 4 - Tree Farm

A highly productive block of grade 3 arable land interspersed with a small area of amenity woodland. The level and gently sloping land is divided into three arable fields which are currently drilled to maize, and a small block of about 3 acres of woodland. As with all of the arable land on the farm, this ground has benefitted over many years from carefully planned crop rotation in conjunction with generous applications of organic manure from a nearby dairy farm. As a result, the soil is extremely fertile and capable of growing a wide variety of excellent crops. While this is highly productive agricultural land it would also be well suited to equestrian or conservation use. There is a road access point on the northern side and further access via a ‘Right of Way’ on the Southern side. Further details available from the agents, Savills.

Acreage: 36.15 Acres
