"We have absolutely loved living at 150 Essex Road. The flat itself has everything you'd hope for in a period property; original wooden flooring, fire place, high ceilings and a cellar, making for a charming, attractive and airy property.
We're lucky to have a private garden, which has been the perfect space for hosting BBQs, thanks to the side access and a purpose built seating / dining area, lined with beautiful Rose bushes and trees. Inside, we renovated the kitchen and bathroom to ensure maximum use of space.
The location is brilliant too, with Walthamstow Village, Francis Road and Wood Street all within walking distance, filled with great restaurants and pubs. Epping Forest is on our doorstep for beautiful walks and we have lots of transport links nearby to take us further afield.
We've loved living, entertaining and working from home here and will be very sad to leave!"
