The ground floor has a spacious fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher) and a big, bright living room. We have central heating, double glazing and a good amount of storage space. There is also a garden, and two outdoor wall fittings to which bikes can be locked.
The house is a short walk from Newington Green bus stops and Dalston Kingsland Overground, as well as from the restaurants and bars of Church Street.
Both are large rooms, bright and spacious, and with a wooden floor.
Room 1: There is a bed, desk, chair, mirror and two sets of chest of drawers that can be sold for a reasonable price to the new flatmate.
Room 2: The room comes furbished with a built-in wardrobe and a double bed. The other furnitures in the room belong to the current tenant and are available for sale as a bundle for £100.
The bundle includes:
A chest of 5 drawers
A small desk with a drawer (bought in April 2020)
Shelves
A full length mirror
Room 1 is available from 6 June
Room 2 is available from 16 July
Current housemate
An Irish teacher, 41, female, who is independent, clean, and enjoys cooking and gardening. Looking for someone clean and respectful.

Room 2: £677/month, including council tax
Added costs: Approximately £90/month for utilities (energy, water and internet)
