We purchased this home as a buy to let investment a couple of years ago, it is a great size and ideal for anyone with children. We had it re-decorated as soon as we bought it so it doesn't need any work doing to it other than maybe a lick of paint if the new buyer wishes.

We were achieving a rent of £625 per calendar month before we decided to sell so the return is very good.
