"We have lived here for eight happy years and our home has seen us through being a newly-wed couple to a family of five. We have seen the neighbourhood thrive and develop in that time and will miss the community spirit of these streets. Having access to Jubilee Park has been a real bonus where we have made many friends who are also neighbours. If we didn't need more space we would not be leaving. There's nowhere else in London we would rather be. We can't step out our front door without striking up friendly conversation with neighbours. Our children as well as ourselves have developed a lot of solid friendships, which have been encouraged by street parties organised by the community. We have found the area to be perfect for our needs and really well connected being close to Clapton for independent shopping, and also Stratford which has everything you could ever need. Being on the doorstep of the marshes and the Olympic Park has been a lifeline during the lockdowns with the expansive green space.
