"We fell in love with Warner Road the first time we walked down it, and we have loved every minute of the five years since. You couldn’t wish for friendlier neighbours, the road even has a WhatsApp group and annual street parties.

The garden has been our oasis of calm this past year, with an amazing array of birds nesting in the surrounding trees, creating a lovely background chorus when enjoying a morning coffee in the sun. The property is full of character and we've put a lot of love into making the most of the original Warner features.

The location couldn’t be any better, tube and overground within eight minutes walk, but everything you need is in this part of Walthamstow anyway. The best fish and chip shop in London, Bonners (ask anyone), Stoneydown Park, the wetlands and marshes, loads of nice cafe’s, wine shops, and a new brewery seems to open round the corner every week!

It’s been amazing to see the area grow over the last few years, and while we’re staying in the area, we will definitely leave Warner Road with a heavy heart."
