"i've really loved living at 2 Maud Road. It's a really bright, peaceful flat close to all the amenities Leyton has to offer- cafes, supermarkets, bars, numerous parks, the library are all literally just around the corner! Not only is it perfectly situated near Leyton tube station (meaning you can be in Liverpool Street or the city in 15 mins and the west end in 20) but the bus stop across the road can quickly take you to Walthamstow or Hackney directly. Both the shopping, cinema and restaurants of Stratford Westfield and the green spaces and sports facilities of the Olympic Park are just a ten minute walk or two minute tube ride away. Francis Road is also very close by, a great place to visit for an afternoon. Delis, florists, a yoga studio and bookshops can all be found there. Coronation Gardens, with its regular street food market, is also just down the road. There are countless walking and cycle routes to be found locally and a little further afield is the amazing Epping Forest and my personal favourite Hollow Ponds. The walk from the flat over to Leytonstone also uncovers some great hidden-gem pubs. I've modernised the property since living here, installing wooden shutters on the windows and laying new carpets but believe it's neutral enough for the new owner to make it their own easily enough! It'll be a shame to leave the flat but am sure the new owner will love it as much as I have."
