"The flat is really bright and airy, with big windows and high ceilings. It is really quiet and peaceful and the neighbourhood is friendly and I feel safe walking back home even late in the evening.

It's a short walk away from the Village where there are lots of lovely pubs, restaurants and coffee shops, and I like getting the organic box of local fruit and vegetables from Hornbeam which is just down the road, and Gnarly Vines, a lovely wine shop nearby which sells a delicious fresh sourdough bread daily too!

Public transport is very convenient with the Bakers Arms bus stop two minutes walk away, two overground stations and the Victoria underground line.

I enjoy going to the William Morris Gallery, which has also a really nice coffee shop in the back, and wander around Lloyd Park.
