The site is situated south of Tunkers Lane, to the south of the village, just off Ramsey Road. The A141 lies to the south, which connects Wisbech to Huntingdon and in turn the A14, A1(M) and wider road networks.
The closest rail stations are situated in Huntingdon and Peterborough, both with frequent local and national services.

Planning

An Outline Planning application (Ref: 20/00863/out) has been submitted to Huntingdonshire District Council (hdc) for a “Proposed Residential
Development (of up to 87 dwellings) involving the provision of public open space, landscaping, means of access (including widening Tunkers Lane) and associated works”, a draft Section 106 has been agreed between the parties and the application is expected to be determined at the June 2021 Planning Committee.
We understand that the Affordable Housing shall equate to 40% of the Housing Development divided as a minimum 70:30 split in favour of Social Rent/Affordable Rent Tenure; the balance to be Shared Ownership dwellings.
