Goodall Road, London E11

Description
A lovingly restored and utterly immaculate three bedroom Victorian terrace, semi detached and on a corner plot to boot, you have a rare wealth of light, space and privacy here. Expertly extended to the rear to comprise a startlingly bright kitchen/diner, and arranged over three floors, this is a rare find.

Despite your peaceful residential street, you have Leyton tube station precisely around the corner, just three minutes' walk to the Central line, which will get you directly to Liverpool Street in just eleven minutes, putting the City barely a quarter of an hour away door to door.

If you lived here

You'll be enjoying vast, vintage proportions combined with sleek contemporary Design & Decor. Your ground floor is almost entirely open plan, fully thirty three feet deep with clear sightlines from front to back and a wealth of natural light. Engineered hardwood runs underfoot through your large lounge space, complete with large bay window dressed in classic plantation shutters and working wood burner.

Your kitchen/diner spans the entire width of the property, artfully segmented from the front lounge and pristinely appointed with sleek white glossy cabinets, matching work surfaces and breakfast bar. Light floods in from all angles, with no fewer than four large skylights overhead and a bank of bi-folding patio doors opening the whole space up to the garden. Out here you have a mix of decking and patio, barely overlooked and flanked by bespoke whitewashed timber fencing.

Upstairs, and neither of your first two bedrooms scrimp on space, with both coming in at over 150 square feet. Each is decked out in soft smoky greys, with plush carpets and plantation shutters, while your family bathroom's an eye-catching affair with designer tiling underfoot, and a freestanding clawfoot tub under an oversized rainfall shower. Into your substantial loft conversion and your penthouse master is an elegant 200 square feet, with a large skylight at one end, a Juliet balcony at the other and a sparkling en suite shower room off to one side.

A word from the owners....

"We love this house. It's been our home for nearly 6 years. It's a rare find in Leyton, with its wide lounge, drive and garage. The kitchen/diner has more skylights than roof, which lets in the most amazing amount of light. The garden gets loads of sun and is a great spot to relax and grow some veg! We seem to be collecting bikes (5 between 2 adults) so the garage and utility room are really handy. We are definitely staying in Leyton as we love the area and all it has to offer. We spend most of our weekends in the Olympic Park with our daughter and frequently visit our favourite cafe 'Hand'. We are moments from the tube, high street, and our favourite pub - the Leyton Star. We're a short walk from the lovely Francis Road, with its independent bookshop and eateries, and a short cycle from Hackney Wick, Victoria Park and Wanstead Flats. We've recently done some major work to the outside of the house to restore it to its former glory, and we're keen to pass it on to someone who will love it as much as we have."
