***vendor comments*** "I feel in love with my house as it is end of terrace and has a great garden. It was like finding a gem as this house has so much potential: The two double bedrooms were definitely a plus. One of the other key things we love about this house is the bathroom. It is so spacious that family and friends whom visit always comment on the size of it and wish they had a bathroom this size and luxury.
You always get a parking space, something that has become so rare in London and the road has no resident permit scheme attached, which is amazing for this area. The high street is within a short saunter and has a variety of shops.
In terms of transportation, Norbury Station is roughly 15 to 18 away with regular trains to London Victoria taking 30 minutes. We have the perfect location for great transport links into Croydon or Streatham alike.
This house is ideal for a new family just starting out and has some great schools nearby. We will thoroughly miss this place but are selling up to move closer to family.
