I recently moved from this homely studio flat due to changes in my personal circumstances. I absolutely loved living in the heart of Dalston and have made life-long memories. The location is excellent, with everything you could possibly want from London-life right on your doorstep, with many bars, restaurants, etc. - Escudo de Cuba; Cafe Route; Speakeasy; Dalston Curve Garden; Stone Cave; Rio Cinema; Ridley Road Market Bar were just a few of my trusty favourites. Fresh groceries from Ridley Road Market and tfc are delicious and cheap! There are many great local walks and parks to choose from - Hackney Downs; London Fields; Victoria Park along the canal. Hackney Marshes; Stoke Newington and Clissold Park are also easily accessible on foot.

Even though there is so much going on around you, this flat is very quiet and homely. It sits at the back of the building and overlooks greenery, there is no road and zero traffic noise, which is pretty unbelievable for zone 2 London. I found it was easy to wind down and relax there after a busy day. The studio itself is modern and only 6 years old, with high end fixtures and fittings, I particularly loved the floor to ceiling wardrobe with bi-folding doors, perfect for all your storage needs! The skylight above the bed was also one of my all time favourites, great for stargazing and waking up to a sunny summer morning. The bathroom is an incredible size and a perfect place to wind down. The building itself is quiet, clean and new, with only 5 flats. The neighbours are wonderful, friendly and helpful people, as are the neighbours along Saint Mark's Rise. There is a real community spirit in this area. I hope this delightful flat finds itself a new owner very soon, who is as happy there as I was - happy viewing :)
