The land is subject to three public footpaths which are shown in green on the attached plan.
All Lots have frontage to and access from the A38 or Wrington Lane with the exception of Lot 5 coloured purple on the plan which is accessed over the Common and also an old railway line from the A38.

Basic Payment Scheme
