Tenants
To reserve a property a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent is payable. This will be used towards your deposit payment.
Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).
Deposits
We will require on or before the commencement of any let agreement, the equivalent of five weeks’ rent together with one months rent in advance. As the above funds must be ‘cleared funds’ before the tenancy commences, we require payment direct into our account.
Tenancy agreement
All adults wishing to live at the property will be named on the tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement will provide for all persons under the tenancy to be joint and severally liable for the covenants contained therein. Adults who are not named on the tenancy Agreement jointly may not live in the property.
