The home is set in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to the bustle and fun of quality shopping, entertainment and the main attractions of London Transport links are excellent with bus access within a couple of minutes from the house. London Heathrow Airport is 45 minutes away.
The upper floor is reserved for the master suite with lots of space, cupboards and an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom leads onto a small roof garden area with a table and chairs in the warmer seasons. Ideal for relaxing and having a sundowner and is AIr Conditioned
There are 2 other bedrooms both doubles each with their own en suite bathroom.
Ther house is avaiable to a single family only

The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people. All linen is provided as well as towels, shampoo, soaps and shower gel.
The house is centrally heated throughout, being warm in winter and with air conditioning cool in summer.
There is very a comfortable sitting room for relaxing . TV is available, with wi-fi throughout the house.
A large fully equipped kitchen and dining area is at lower ground.
The kitchen has an oven, hot plate, microwave, dishwasher, toaster etc, Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper are standard in the kitchen for each new guest
There is a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer with laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets initially provided, Iron and ironing board are included as are other household appliances etc .

Pets are allowed by negoiation and there is a strictly no smoking rule in the house.
The house is ideal for cosy entertaining however no large parties are allowed.The tenant must be aware that there are neighbours on either side respect their comfort
The house is very well served by buses with good access to both South Kensington Tube Station ( Zone 1) and Sloane Square Tube station ( Zone 1) These give fast access to the whole of the London Transport system and the sights. The large department stores of Peter Jones in Sloane Square and Harrods are reasonably close by with the fashionable boutiques and restaurants of Kings Road and Fulham Road tempting you in. There are numerous restaurants bars and pubs within a few minutes of the house
There are also plenty of Pubs in the area and many good spots for a couple of cool relaxing drinks and good dining. The River Thames is a 15 minute walk away as well in the other direction are the famous London museums of South Kensington.
