Please read the following words from the current owners to how they have found living in this home and Walthamstow.

“For nearly thirty years it has been wonderful to have this home that has been faithful in welcoming ourselves, friends and family through good times and bad alike – a real treasure.

We love the quality of light here; you can see it change through the house from early morning into the night sky. You can see sun and moon rise through one skylight, and set through the other. Favourite spots in summer are sitting on the step looking out into the garden (which feel like an additional room) or lying on the sun lounger. Relaxing under the trees, hearing the bees buzzing, birds singing it’s hard to believe you are in the heart of the city. In late summer and autumn, we harvest and enjoy apples, pears and plumbs from the trees. And then in winter cosying up by the wood burning stove.

The house has also provided a spacious place to work from, be quiet in, to study in as well as meet and enjoy the company of friends and family. On more than one occasion, together with neighbours it has been part of the E17 Arts Trail. This friendly street has a sense of community which has also been found on our allotment five minutes’ walk away. We have always found Walthamstow a great place to live with a diverse and creative community and a great base with easy transport into and out of London.”

We highly recommend a viewing of this characteristic home! Please call us on to arrange an appointment. Guide Price £600,000.00 - £650,000.00
