"We have been very happy living here over the past 8 years. We fell in love with the art deco building immediately, not to mention the huge amount of light in our flat, which is even better since we renovated. It really has been the best of both worlds, with exceptional transport options into town including great cycle links (we have two bikes in our communal shed), endless café, bar and restaurant options, and an epic amount of green space right on our doorstep. Our daily dog walk begins at Millfields Park (only two minutes away), with the marshes, Springfield Park and the riverside pubs and shops of Chatsworth Road only a stroll beyond. We also love to hang out with our Stokey friends in Hackney Downs, Abney Park Cemetery and Clissold Park. We won’t be moving far, but no doubt will still be frequenting two of the top pubs in East London: The huge, utterly hipster
