“We have loved living here. The flat is light and spacious, whilst keeping a cosy and homely feel. It’s a great size and has absolutely loads of cupboard space. We’ve found that although we are part of a larger development it’s a very quiet place to live and because we’re at the end property, we never get disturbed. One of my favourite parts of the flat is the tree outside our living room and bedroom windows, as we’re on the second floor it feels like we’re living in a treehouse! We’ve also really enjoyed the outside space during the warmer weather, often sitting on the lawn all day in the sun.
Our flat is less than 5 minutes walk away from Forest Hill station, which has been very handy. We’re also very close to Mayow Park, and all the shops, cafes and restaurants Forest Hill has offer. We love the area and are really going to miss it.
We bought this flat as our first home and have put lots of hard work into making it a lovely place to live. We’re sad to be leaving just as we finished all of our renovations and decorating, but an unexpected opportunity to move abroad for work was too good to turn down.
