?Popular village in prime location
Whitchurch is situated just two miles from the Welsh border and is centred between the two popular market towns of Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth, both of which offer highly-regarded secondary schools, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, leisure facilities and independently-owned shops.
The village of Whitchurch itself is particularly sought after, partially owing to its Church of England Primary School, which has been graded as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

Location
The popular village shop, Woods of Whitchurch, stocks locally-made produce and various essentials. In addition, Whitchurch also boasts a village hall, an mot centre, an Indian restaurant, a highly-commended hospitality venue - The Old Court Hotel, plus a post box and bus stop.
It is on the doorstep of Symonds Yat and the Doward hills - both of which are famed for their spectacular scenery and offer phenomenal walking routes. The location is popular with visitors and, as a result, various companies offer a wide range of activities to holidaymakers, such as canoe hire and abseiling sessions. The Old Police Station is situated on the edges of the village, meaning that its wealth of amenities and activities are within walking distance but when the tourist season is in full-swing, it is set away from the hustle and bustle.
The home at a glance
The Old Police Station sits on a plot of land that is around one third of an acre. The home boasts verdant gardens to the front and rear, along with a driveway which provides ample parking.
The interior has been recently refurbished by the current owners. Hard-wearing, whitewashed wood-effect floors have been fitted in the kitchen and entrance hall. Both the family bathroom and downstairs shower room have been equipped with modern suites and the integral double garage has been kitted out with a new roof and electric door.
The downstairs living areas are spacious and bright. Three bedrooms upstairs, but if a new owner wanted to add a fourth bedroom, the dining room on the ground floor could accommodate this need.
The home offers easy access to major road networks such as the M50, M5 and M4. The A40 dual carriageway runs parallel to Old Monmouth Road but the mechanical hum of traffic is muffled by the triple-glazed windows at the front of the home and double-glazing at the rear.
