Area

The site, which falls within the pretty village of St Catherine’s, Running within a short distance to the site is a delightful ssi protected broadleaf woodland with wild orchids and bluebells. The town has a number of popular attractions including the jail museum and castle and 9-hole golf course. West Hollybush is also within easy reach of Dunoon, the more southerly principal town on the Cowl Peninsula. At Strachur, only a few miles away, are a petrol station and store, medical practice, post office and primary school.
