A word from the owner....

"We have loved our time in Highams Park. There is a great village community feeling whilst having the benefits of being in London. There are local food markets, a Christmas fayre, food pop ups, and Highams Park day. Great transport links mean a short commute time to the city and west end too.
Our son attended excellent nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form all in Highams Park and will be going to university this year. We have a lovely park with a children's play area and café next to the lake and the forest is on our doorstep along with two other children's play areas in the village. There are a lot more green spaces only a short journey away (High Beech, Chingford plains, Wanstead Park)and plenty of restaurants, cafés and independent shops as well as local supermarkets. Walthamstow Village is two stops on the train with more great places to eat and drink.
We have lived in this house for 23 wonderful years. It has some lovely period features whilst being a modern home. Plenty of storage space and a lovely secluded garden for relaxing in and entertaining. We will be sad to go but a new chapter in our lives is beginning and we hope that whoever owns this home after us will be able to enjoy it and the area as much as we have."
