This is the perfect summer spot to sit with a cold beer and there is plenty of space in the private garden for friends to visit. The location could not be better and is one of the things we will miss the most when we move on. It is just a 2 minute walk to St James Street where the overground connects to Clapton, Hackney and Liverpool Street. The area around the flat is also really vibrant with lots of varied amenities from the new bars and restaurants at Crate St James Street, breweries on Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow Wetlands, and some great local pubs like The Coppermill which is just around the corner. There is also easy access to the country roads in Epping Forest and beyond. There is a real sense of community along the street and we will really miss living here!"
