Owners Remarks:-We fell in love with the house being able to have the rural feel which we craved and yet still being close to a town with great London commuter links. This plot was the showhome and had a larger-than-expected garden and a fantastic spec and finish compared to other new properties that we viewed. We were the last people to move in and happened to be in the right place at the right time as it came back onto the market after the developers were let down by a previous buyer, just as we were ready to proceed. It's a great house for entertaining and we've hosted lots of BBQs and parties with family and friends. We've become good friends with the neighbours and it is great being part of such a tight-knit gated community- we think all being directors of the management company helps this. We will be sad to leave but are looking to pursue our long-term dream of moving to an even more rural location.
