Property
This Lodge was designed by the architect Louis Osman who was also an artist, goldsmith, silversmith and medalist. He is notable for the gold crown he designed and made for the investiture of Prince Charles as Prince of Wales. The lodge has a huge amount of potential with the possibility of extending to the rear (subject to planning). The front door opens into a hall with door to garden. The kitchen has a shelved larder, sink and gas fired boiler. The sitting room has a fireplace. There are also 2 bedrooms each with wardrobes and a bathroom.

Outside
The lodge sits on the eastern side of the drive with a false portico entrance with steps. A gravel path with lawn to one side leads to the front door. To the side of the lodge is a parking area with a garage. The main garden is to the rear, which is a good size with lawn, specimen trees and shrubs. Beyond is the paddock and there is a belt of trees running alongside the road.
