House For Sale £500,000
Millfield Gardens, Redhouse Park, Milton Keynes MK14

Description
You can see by the finishing touches that no expense has been spared by the current owners, so if you are looking for an elegantly styled, modern home with open plan living space and four double bedrooms then this home is for you.

Why by this home?

An entrance hall can make or break a home, and this one is extremely welcoming with plenty of space to meet and greet guests. You immediately notice the height of the ceilings which gives a more spacious, executive feeling to this home. On the left of the entrance hall is the living room which boasts lots of natural light and has a cosy feel. This room is what you would call your sung, where you can snuggle up and watch a film after a hard day’s work. In between the living room and kitchen/diner is the W/C, which was built so that you can turn it into a wet room if needed. There is also a cupboard underneath the stairs and this is used to house the boiler and washer dryer, maximising space.

Undoubtedly the heart of the home is the open plan living space which is at the back of the house. The star attraction is the bi-fold doors which spans across the width of the house. The owners have chosen a contemporary kitchen with floor to ceiling cupboards for additional storage, and the fully integrated appliances include; oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and extractor fan. Finished off with a white ceramic sink, and Perspex splashback. Due to its shape you can fit an eight seater table and also have enough space for a seating area and a wall mounted TV. This room is definitely a family room, whilst cooking, the kids could be doing their homework or watching their favourite programme or playing in the garden.
The Bi-fold doors open out onto the garden, bringing the outside in. You also have a patio area and grass so it is the best of both worlds and to the right of the house is a back gate that provides access to the garage.

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms and a family bathroom all accessed from a spacious landing. The master suite is a fantastic size and easily fits a king size bed and has its own separate dressing area complete with built in wardrobes. The ensuite is accessed via the dressing area where there is a floating toilet, white basin with vanity unit and walk-in double shower. The shower has been installed with a waterfall and handheld shower which makes it easier if you do not like to get your hair wet and both are controlled by the touch screen panel. There is also hidden storage in the wall where you can hide your toiletries.

Bedroom two is at the front of the house and is being used as a guest bedroom.

Bedrooms three and four are over the garage and both are similar in shape. One is currently being used as a gym and the other is being used as a home office, but could easily be turned back into bedrooms or make a lovely nursery or play room.
All bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom which has a three piece suite, includes a bath with overhead waterfall shower and glass screen. It is partially tiled and the taps have been set back into the mosaic tiles so you can relax in peace without the taps interfering.

There is room for two cars on the drive and the carport has been converted to a garage so you can use this for a car or additional storage if required.
