And Rye Lane is strong for high street shopping, fruit and veg stalls, and summer rooftop bars. Trendy spots include Forza Wine, Peckham Levels and The Bussey Building. The ‘Dutch’ Estate’s road names were a direct response to Camberwell’s twinning arrangement with the city of Deventer in Holland (which was an active relationship into the eighties).
