"The house has seen the growth of our family from a young singleton to a happy couple and now a thriving family of four, with the space adapting perfectly to suit.

The area itself is fantastic and hard to replicate and we regularly take short walks to enjoy the green spaces of either Greenwich Park or Blackheath. Excellent transport links ensure a quick journey into the centre of town or a short drive to get to the beautiful scenery and beaches of Kent.

Our eldest child attends the neighbouring Invicta Primary School which takes a kind and nurturing approach to pupils and she absolutely adores all the staff, from the dinner ladies to the school head.

We have enjoyed the house for over thirteen years and it is only the fact that we are moving closer to family which means that we are selling. We hope that whoever moves in after us loves the house and the area as much as we do."

We completely agree with the sellers! This is a wonderful, much improved and loved family home that is so close to Westcombe Park Station, the shops at The Standard, and excellent schools.
