Agents Comments

Having sold 15 Grove Road to the present owners approx. 7 years ago, it is totally mindblowing to see the vast difference they have made to it. The property was an old Pembrokeshire farmhouse, in dire condition (pictures available by request) both internally & externally. Re-built from the ground up with guidance from Pembrokeshire National Parks, they have transformed an ageing, run-down house into a truly fantastic, contemporary family home, with a great deal of thought and expertise having gone into the layout. To their huge credit they could see the potential on offer and boy have they fulfilled that! Quite honestly I can't recall a property that has been improved so much, and I have rarely seen properties finished to such a high standard. This is a fantastic property and without a doubt one of the finest family homes I have been fortunate enough to visit.
