The house is at the end of a cul de sac within walking distance of Rhyl town centre and the sea front. It has parking for one car at the front. The front door takes you into a large hall, off which there is a ground floor toilet, front living room, rear living room, and kitchen. The rear living room has a small conservatory leading to the back garden. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
