Directions

From our Derby Street Leek Office proceed out of the town on the A520 towards Stoke-On-Trent. Follow this road for approximately 6.60 miles proceeding up the hill towards the village of Cellarhead and the land is immediately on the right hand side of the road with the entrance gateway to the land identified by a Whittaker & Biggs ‘For Sale’ sign.

Overage Clause
