Description
A magnificently appointed designer dream of a five bedroom Victorian terrace spread across three floors in an incredible locale. With a large open plan reception, exquisitely renovated kitchen and a rear garden, you're nestled on the borders of Walthamstow Village with Leyton Flats within easy reach.

Not only is the leafy enclave of Epping Forest a mere eight minute walk away, but the transport links of Wood Street are even closer, to speed you to Liverpool Street in twenty minutes so you're directly connected to the City. The W12 and W16 bus routes are around the corner for an array of destinations including Hackney and, closer to home, the many connections of Walthamstow Central station. Drivers, meanwhile, can be on the North Circular in eight minutes.

If you lived here...

You'll be stepping past your immaculately restored frontage and delighting in your colossal 1400 square foot of sumptuous living space on a daily basis. The entire ground floor is expertly envisioned; dual aspect and semi open plan. Let's start in your through lounge, it's a vast 265 square feet with a bay window attired in classic plantation shutters, a beautiful vintage fireplace, broad timber floorboards and the first of your covetable dining areas.

Continue through, past a wealth of integrated storage space and a handy WC resplendent in dandelion yellow, to have your breath taken away by your exquisite and expansive kitchen. A bank of skylights sit overhead to the right pouring natural light onto the flawless exposed brick feature wall, there's a kitchen island with its inviting breakfast bar and pendulum lighting taking centre stage. Cooks will relish the sublimely sleek units and worktops.

Slide open the bi-folding floor to ceiling patio doors here to throw the entire space open to your thirty foot rear garden; it's a charming mix of red brick patio and lawn with a scattering of pots and burgeoning beds plus a canopy of foliage to the rear. Head back inside now and up the stairs to to the first floor for your staggeringly spacious 185 square foot master bedroom with a second bay window, tranquil pastel walls, another striking period fireplace and built-in storage. Bedrooms two's a plush-carpeted solid double, while to the rear bedroom three's just as impeccable; a generous single of over seventy five square feet with garden views.

The first storey's completed by a bathroom dressed in admiral blue large format tiles from floor to hip and is home to a shower over the tub and mirrored cabinet. Next, pad up the skylit stairwell to the second floor for two more delectable double bedrooms complete with rooftop views and lots of storage space. Lastly, your second bathroom's bound to impress in its on-trend honeycomb flooring, glossy powder blue tiles and dedicated shower cubicle. Gorgeous.

Outside and the peaceful streets, historic architecture and array of artisan shops and restaurants of Walthamstow Village are right on your doorstep. Head to the Instagram heaven that is God's Own Junkyard, a famous neon gallery serving up culinary classics in the uniquely lit Rolling Scones cafe at weekends. Its neighbour is Mother's Ruin Gin Palace, a brilliant gallery space where you can enjoy an amazing range of gins, many proudly produced on site using traditional methods. Then there's the delicious tapas at The Orford Saloon, carefully selected vintages at Parish Wines or the bistro chic of Eat17. There's a spot for every taste, mood or occasion.

A word from the owner...

"We're ideally situated between Walthamstow Village and the up and coming Wood street, with many other amenities on the doorstep including excellent schools, playgrounds, Epping forest and Gods Own Junkyard and the breweries. Greville Road is an incredibly friendly street, with an annual street party and our children often play with friends and neighbours. The house is light and airy, and the garden is a real sun trap as it is south west facing. We have been so happy here and hope another family will love it too."
