"We have loved living here. The location is great, being so close to Lloyd Park, the Wetlands, Walthamstow marshes and Greenleaf playground is round the corner. Hoe Street is 5 minutes away, with lots of great coffee shops and it's a 10 minute walk to the station. The road has a good community feel and we have lovely neighbours. The living room and kitchen are spacious and both filled with lots of natural light. In the winter, it is great to snuggle up in front of the fire. As the road is one way, the front bedroom is very quiet and you can often hear the birds singing. Last year we added the loft room, which has given us another room/office and lots of extra storage space. Our neighbours have fully extended the loft, which gives you two bedrooms and bathroom. We will miss living here and having Walthamstow on our doorstep."
