As we move on to pastures new, what can we say about this house. We have made many fond memories here and will always treasure this as our first home. From growing up in the area and visiting this estate as a young schoolboy to study the houses being built. Who knew I would be here years later living in one myself and creating our very own family here. We have spent a fantastic 6 years here and it has been a perfect house and location to bring our daughter up in. The fact we are situated off the main road makes the house a bit more hidden from public view and leaves it nice and peaceful from passing traffic. We are spoilt with numerous play parks in the area. One being a very short walk from the house within the estate. Another park we have used regularly to feed the ducks is Westmorland Park which is just a short walk passing through the walkways next to Tesco. There is a real community spirit around Warfield and we are regularly reading about the swans and cygnets in Westmorland. We have also witnessed firsthand the community spirit when we have attended the local Warfield summer fete which again is a short walk from the house and generally falls on a nice sunny day. We were blessed that whilst living here we have seen the Town Centre regenerated and we are fortunate to be within walking distance to that too. We really have enjoyed living here, and will be sad to move on however nothing but treasured memories will always remain.

The house is in a small row of just three properties and is also set back from the road on a private shared driveway. Downstairs there is a lovely WC, re-fitted kitchen and then a square sized living room that leads through double doors into the garden which is four and half fence panels long (circa 40ft). The bedrooms are very good sizes and the bathroom is in lovely condition.

There is also the benefit of being around a miles walk to The Lexicon with its popular restaurants and shopping.
