Property Holding Deposit
When you decide to apply for a property with Belvoir Ipswich, we provide you with an Application Form, one for each adult who will be living at the property.
This must be completed and returned to the office. Each adult would need to be present at the office to apply (to carry out Identity checks).
At this point we ask for a Holding Deposit, which is equal to one weeks rent (so dependent on the rental value). Once the referencing is complete, this holding deposit is deducted from the 1st months rent required.
