"Having lived here for almost 20 years, i'll certainly be sad to leave. The neighbours in the street are all great. We even have our own WhatsApp group which has been fantastic in the last year to ask for help with shopping, printing as well as sharing plants for the garden. The flat is lucky to have such a big garden to keep us sane during the endless lockdowns. The flat is 5 mins walk to Sydenham station and about 20 mins to Penge East. There's even a 24 hour bus service that goes from Tottenham Court Road to the end of the street when things finally start to open! Although the area has improved massively over the years and now has a thriving high street with the Greyhound & Dolphin pubs, Cobbs Corner Cafe, Kirkdale Bookshop and Trattoria Rafaelle being particularly good. Crystal Palace Park, Wells Park and Sydenham Hill Woods all make for a lovely walk and are close by. The flat itself gets lots of light throughout the day, but I will miss having a G&T and watching the sunset in the evening."
