Hello, My name is Anna and I am currently looking for a new flatmate to live with in the huge double room that's become available.
About the room..
The room fully furnished, has a lot of natural light and looks out onto a pretty garden. Has a built in wardrobe, desk with char, 2 x chest of draws which can be stacked for additional spare and a side table. The rest of the flat is part furnished
A bit about the flat..
The flat has a massive lounge and dining area with an extra large window creating a bright and homely space that leads to an out door balcony with flower beds and outdoor furniture to enjoy on summer afternoons.
The spacious, modern kitchen features a hidden dishwasher, electric ceramic hob, ample bench space and serving hatch as well as regular amenities (oven, large fridge, washer/dryer). Lots of additional amenities added like a bread maker, kitchen Aid mixer and coffee machine too :)
Nice bathroom with over bath shower and separate toilet.
The area..
Crouch End is a lovely area with a village feel boasting a beautiful 19th century clock tower in the heart of the Broadway. It has a very lovely community vibe where we know our neighbours and people who also live on the street.
The flat is a 2 minute walk to the shops (Co-Op, Waitrose, Tesco, M&S, Superdrug, Boots, Gails, Post Office) plus dozens of amazing small local businesses.
Crouch End is a breath of fresh air while still being close to central London with great transport links (91 bus to Trafalgar Square, Hornsey station to Moorgate, busses to Archway, Wood Green and Finsbury Park connecting to the Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria line). The local businesses, beautiful parks and woodlands (Priory Park, Crouch End Playing Fields, Queens Wood, Highgate Wood, Alexandra Palace) makes you feel proud to be a resident of such a wonderful town.
You will be sharing the flat with me, a female professional who is tidy, respectful, very easy to get on with, enjoys socializing at the pub etc but also likes nights in.
Move in now until 15th June but would need to be confirmed before this date. Deposit can be arranged to be paid in installments too.
