However, it is not the quality of the room or house that make this a great place to live, it is the other housemates - They are all genuinely professional people who are welcoming, friendly and respectful, so you should start to feel at home very quickly.
Buses & shops:
This house is very well situated.
-There is a local bus stop (Holt close - Bus Route A) just 1 minute walk away, which runs every 10 minutes and takes just 20 minutes to the railway station or
-There is an alternative bus stop which offers a wider range of destinations (The Bulrushes - Routes A, ad, 515 and 925) a 5 minute walk away at the bottom of Singleton Hill.
- Also a 5 minute walk away from the house are local shops, take aways and a pub.
The rental includes all bills, wifi and a regular cleaner for communal areas. A gardener is also provided as part of the package so you can enjoy the garden without any of the hard work.
