I've been living in this flatfor the last 4 years and very much recommend it. Yes, its petite but it wasperfect for my needs. It's a quiet flat, everything works perfectly, the Landlord and their people are terrific, and thelocation is superb (moments from the shops, train station and everything youneed). The landlord is great to deal with, very quick to respond and takes careof any problem that might occur.
