The bill for cleaning the stone fireplace is £250, the cheapest we could find. Other problems too numerous to detail have not been billed for. The next tenants (the tenancy can be longer than 12 months for the right tenants) will be the last, so any claims against the deposit will be persisted with. We will not be fixing at our expense, because we will not need to get the house re-tenanted.

If you have young children, be aware that the stairs are steep. There are two fireplaces that need to be kept clean. There is no garden

Council tax is B, gas bills will be higher than a terraced house. Room sizes to follow

If you bought the above property for 125,000 on a 3.5% interest rate, repayment mortgage. With no deposit which is almost impossible to get unless you have a gold plated future

assuming your interest rate stays the same, the mortgage repayment would be
£632 per month over 25 years.
