Driveway with gate at side of property for parking if required. Security cameras at strategic points, inc cameras from a neighbour which cover the frontage. Burglar alarm was removed, without our permission by a previous tenant. Yard at rear of property, no garden. Additional outside toilet.
One new carpet downstairs, others are in reasonable condition. Combi boiler and 100% efficient gas fire in one lounge. Washing machine if you require.
Might consider some pets, might be subject to additional deposit. Potential tenants must be able to demonstrate that at one adult will be present at all times with a dog.If you need extra storage, then we have it for you, subject to negotiation.
We will be seeking comprehensive references, inc affordability checks and any evidence of County Court Judgements. In the first instance we will be asking for employer and previous landlord / building society references.
