This is such an attractive property, and we love its location. It is situated right in the heart of the very popular village area of Tunbridge Wells, moments from the Pantiles and the High Street.



We love that it has an integrated garage and parking, which is almost unheard of in this location at this price point.



The house is beautifully presented in a very neutral colour scheme throughout and the accommodation flows really well. We love that the current owners moved the kitchen to the ground floor, meaning that it has a perfect aspect and access to the rear garden.

This was definitely a very wise move, placing the garden in a very useable position. Some of the houses on the terrace have converted the garage to provide additional reception space, and we feel that this could also work very well.
